4. Rescheduling Policy

• Clients may reschedule once with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
  
  

• Missed or no-show appointments are forfeited without refund or credit.
  
  

• Repeat cancellations or short-notice reschedules may result in a termination of service eligibility.

5. Digital Product Delivery

• All templates, guides, and digital products are delivered via email or download link.
  
  

• Once sent, delivery is considered complete.

  • Client failure to download or save files
    
    

• No refunds or re-deliveries will be made for these reasons.

6. Client Conduct Expectations

7. Chargeback & Fraud Protection

Chargebacks and false refund claims are taken very seriously.
If a dispute is filed:

• We submit form records, emails, consultation notes, payment receipts, and IP address logs
